Specifications for Eco Dish - Non-DG Premium Automatic Dishwasher Detergent with Descaler
I love your dishes inside and out.
Eco Dish is a septic safe and non-DG concentrated detergent for automatic dishwashing machines. It is a precise formulation that carefully balances the caustic alkalinity content with water-softening agents, scale prevention chemistry and wetting agents to give an efficient and effective clean with each wash cycle.
Eco Dish is ideal for machine dishwashing of dishes, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, crates, general glassware, mugs and cups. Eco Dish’s ‘No Scale Advantage’ has made it famous. Even in the most severe hard water areas, Eco Dish will reduce scale development, reducing dishwasher machine repairs, maintenance and downtime. Eco Dish is designed for use with precision dosing systems on commercial dishwashers including venturi-driven dosing systems and electronic pump-type dispensers. It’s ideally suited for both single-cycle hooded machines and large conveyor/tunnel-type dishwashers.

Dishwashing wachine (warewashing)
• Follow the dosing system manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Pre-set the dosing system to automatically dispense 2ml-3ml of Eco Dish per litre of water.
1. Wear gloves. Wearing an apron is also recommended.
2. Scrape, soak and sort dishes. Scrape food and debris into the bin. If heavily soiled, soak separately before washing.
3. Stack and pre-rinse dishes. Stack dirty items into racks as recommended by the manufacturer. Rack dishes on edge, face up and leaning back. Cups and glasses face downwards. Cutlery in baskets handles down.
*Optional pre-rinse: Spray/hose off dirty items prior to placing the rack in the machine. Pre-rinsing loosens dried on deposits and helps keep the wash water cleaner for longer which means cleaner dishes every time.
4. Place racks and start the machine. Follow the machine manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Remove clean items and put them away. Wash hands and gloves before removing clean items.
*Beware: Items can be very hot when removing from the machine.
6. At the end of the wash period clean the machine inside and out then turn off the machine, turn off the heaters and open drain valves. Leave open to air dry.
Handy hints
• For the best results use in conjunction with Spotless rinse aid.
• Regularly check that the ware washing machine's temperature settings are correct. Prewash 42°C - 50°C, Wash 60°C - 72°C, Power Rinse 72°C - 78°C and Final Rinse 82°C - 88°C.
• Regularly check for obstructions in the wash and rinse nozzles.
• Regularly remove and clean curtains, wash arms, rinse arms and scrap trays.
• Keep the machine free of scale buildup by using Descale Clean and Clear.
• Dosage adjustments are best handled by a dishwashing machine technician.
• Always test first in an inconspicuous area before using any cleaning solution. Play it safe, especially when you use a product for the first time. Better to be safe than sorry. Some surfaces can be sensitive to moisture and particular chemical types.
