Fog It® is safe for use on most surfaces. The fog is super fine, dry and safe on curtains and fabrics as long as used as directed. Fog It® is not for use on non-porous surfaces including glass, polished porcelain, glazed ceramic, plastic, latex, rubber, vinyl, acrylic, metal, sealed leather, sealed concrete and grout, finished wood, metal and similar non-porous surfaces. If you must use on these surfaces test first to ensure suitability.

How to use Fog It®
1. Remove all children, adults and animals from the area. Ensure any exposed food is stored in sealed containers and put away in a refrigerator or cupboard.
2. Close doors and windows. Turn off fans, air conditioners, power points and electrical devices. Eliminate all ignition sources such as pilot lights, candles etc.
3. Place the can on a raised surface. Place a piece of paper under the can to protect the area directly underneath. Cover an area of 50cm x 50cm with the can positioned in the centre.
4. Ensure your face is not in the direction of the aerosol fog. Push the button down firmly and click on. The fogger will then automatically empty itself. It can not be turned off.
5. Close the door and leave the area at once. For best results, leave the treated space undisturbed for a minimum of one hour. The longer you let the treatment work the more effective it will be.
6. After treatment allow to ventilate for at least 30 minutes.

Coverage
• A single can of Fog It® covers a maximum of 120m3 in ideal conditions.
• Depending on variables such as room layout, furniture, obstacles, amount of surface area, humidity, temperature and airflow, a single can may cover less than this maximum area.
• For larger areas and areas with less ideal conditions, you will need to set up multiple cans. Spread cans out evenly in the relevant areas to ensure complete coverage and effectiveness.

Handy tips
• This can contains ingredients that may react with certain plastics. Use caution when applying this product around plastics.
• Fog It® is not designed to replace good cleaning and hygiene practices. The sanitising effect always works better on cleaner surfaces.
• Fog It® only works where the sufficient fog comes in contact with surfaces.
• In some circumstances a second treatment may be required.

Car detailing tips
• Position the can as low as possible and free of any obstructions. The can releases a dry fog vertically at pressure so you don’t want to block it.
• Fog It® contains Quaternary Ammonium Compound solution which is the base disinfectant of most high-performance hospital-grade disinfectants. This can leave a residue on shiny surfaces. So make sure you do the Fog It treatment after your vacuum but before your internal detail. Make sure you protect the surface under and around the surface as when the can starts to konk out, it goes from a dry fog to a spit and splutter.
• Run the air conditioning system during the Fog It treatment to deal with any germs and odours in the lines.
