How to change a refill
1. Open the dispenser and remove the old wipe packaging.
2. Open a new roll of wipes by making a small hole at the top of the refill bag right in the centre. Pens are great for doing this :) Only open just as much as needed to pull a wipe through. Do not fully remove the roll from the packaging as this will reduce the life of the wipe due to evaporation.
3. Fit new role into the dispenser.
4. Pull the first wipe from the centre of the roll and push a part way through the nozzle, then pull through from the top.
Are iSanitise Zero Wipes pet friendly?
Yes. iSanitise Zero is the result of a project we partnered with a premier Australian Zoo on. During Covid-19, the animals were not responding well to handlers using alcohol-based hand sanitisers. This was mainly due to the alcohol and the fragrances used in hand sanitisers. At the same time, we were overwhelmed with concerned customers running schools and child care centres who were having eye injuries in children from alcohol-based hand sanitisers as well as alarming numbers of skin irritations like dermatitis. We went straight into the lab and developed iSanitise Zero and iSanitise Zero Wipes. We then put it out on test in the Zoo and also had it dermatologically tested. We had nailed it! iSanitise Zero passed all the trials and tests with flying colours.
Are iSanitise Zero Wipes septic safe?
Wipes should never enter a septic system. However, it is a hand sanitiser and does not require rinsing or washing so it generally would never enter into a septic system tank anyways.

Why are wet wipes better than liquids?
They aren't always better but there are some applications where they certainly are the best choice. Here are some reasons why wet wipes might be the best solution for you...
Wipes are safer.
• No splashing, spilling or spraying means no more eye injuries.
• No leaks. No spill risks.
• Lightweight. No more lifting heavy chemical drums.
• Easy to store. No chemical storage complications.
Wipes are more hygienic.
• Wipes are disposable and made for a single use eliminating cross-contamination and germs from regular liquid hand sanitiser dispensing systems.
