Spotless is a premium rinse aid liquid concentrate designed to ensure quick water drainage, fast drying, streak-free results and the elimination of water spotting on crockery, cutlery and glassware in the automatic dishwashing machine process. Spotless contains a highly active wetting agent which incorporates a low foaming, non-ionic surfactant system with solvent and souring agent to eliminate residual alkalinity from the wash cycle. It also contains a unique scale prevention additive that protects your hot water system components from scale build-up.

Spotless is designed for use with dosing systems on industrial and commercial dishwashers including venturi-driven dosing systems and electronic pump-type dispensers. It’s ideally suited for both single-cycle and conveyor/tunnel-type dishwashers. Spotless is also ideal for use in the rinse aid reservoir of a standard domestic automatic dishwashing machine.

Dishwashing machine (warewashing)
• Follow the dosing system manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Pre-set the dosing system to automatically dispense 1ml of Spotless per litre of water. This amount is normally sufficient but some adjustment may be required.
1. Wear gloves. Wearing an apron is also recommended.
2. Scrape, soak and sort dishes. Scrape food and debris into the bin. If heavily soiled, soak separately before washing.
3. Stack and pre-rinse dishes. Stack dirty items into racks as recommended by the manufacturer. Rack dishes on edge, face up and leaning back. Cups and glasses face downwards. Cutlery in baskets handles down.
*Optional pre-rinse: Spray/hose off dirty items prior to placing the rack in the machine. Pre-rinsing loosens dried on deposits and helps keep the wash water cleaner for longer which means cleaner dishes every time.
4. Place racks and start the machine. Follow the machine manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Remove clean items and put them away. Wash hands and gloves before removing clean items.
*Beware: Items can be very hot when removing from the machine.
6. At the end of the wash period clean the machine inside and out then turn off the machine, turn off the heaters and open drain valves. Leave open to air dry.

Fill the rinse aid reservoir to the top with Spotless.
Handy hints
• For the best results use in conjunction with Dish Bright, Chlorguard or Enviro Shine.
• Should be injected directly into the rinse line just before the water heater. This will ensure that the water heater is maintained free of scale.
• Ideal for use in the rinse aid reservoir of a standard domestic automatic machine.
• Regularly check that the ware washing machine's temperature settings are correct. Prewash 42°C - 50°C, Wash 60°C - 72°C, Power Rinse 72°C - 78°C and Final Rinse 82°C - 88°C.
• Regularly check for obstructions in the wash and rinse nozzles.
• Regularly remove and clean curtains, wash arms, rinse arms and scrap trays.
• Keep the machine free of scale buildup by using Descale Clean and Clear.
• Dosage adjustments are best handled by a dishwashing machine technician.
• Always test first in an inconspicuous area before using any cleaning solution. Play it safe, especially when you use a product for the first time. Better to be safe than sorry. Some surfaces can be sensitive to moisture and particular chemical types.
