Carpet and upholstery spotting (bottle use)
1. Test on a small inconspicuous area first to ensure the suitability of the product on the surface.
2. Remove (sponge or scrape) any debris or excess stain deposits. The longer stains are left, the harder they are to remove.
3. Rinse and extract with a portable carpet cleaning machine using a pre-spray detergent. Plush (Carpet and upholstery rinse, softener & cleaner) should always be added to the solution tank water.
4. Apply me via a cloth or by spray. Do not over-wet. Agitate gently with an agitator or spotting brush.
5. Be patient. Allow time for stains to respond. Some stains will respond in 5-10 minutes. Others may take 2-4 hours with further improvement after 8-24 hours.
6. No rinsing is required. Apply Wizz King and leave it. It will do the rest.
7. Repeat or adjust the process if necessary only when the product has been effective on the first try.
Advanced heat transfer method (bottle use)
*Important: Applying heat will speed up the stain-removal process. It will also increase the risk of bleaching and damage to some fibres. When using heat, apply heat sparingly, using the lowest temperature setting.

5. Place a small and damp white towelling over the stain and put your iron over the towelling. Keep the iron moving slowly and constantly. Stop to monitor progress every 10-20 seconds. Stop the procedure if you see any signs of bleaching. Tip: An even better heat source is a wallpaper remover/steamer.

Handy tips
• Always test first in an inconspicuous area before using any cleaning solution. Play it safe, especially when you use a product for the first time. Better to be safe than sorry. Some surfaces can be sensitive to moisture and particular chemical types.
• Attend to spots and spills as soon as possible. Fresh spots are significantly easier to remove. Stains that are left too long can become permanent. Using the wrong product can also set the stain or permanently damage the fibre.
• Do your stain removal work from the outside of larger stains to the inside. This prevents the stain from spreading.
• Wizz King should be stored in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight as it is sensitive to heat and light. If you are storing it in a van for lengthy periods, we recommend you replace your product every 4 weeks for the best stain removal results.
• Very rarely will any stain removal system resolve staining problems on carpets fibres and fabrics that are permanently damaged and discoloured.
• If no improvement is seen, you should class the stain as permanent damage and contact a trained carpet repairer or carpet dying professional.
• The use of heat can sometimes be avoided by simply treating individual stains during your pre-inspection or giving the product more time to work. When it comes time to clean the stained area, Wizz King will have already removed or reduced the treated stains to the point where they can be easily removed with your normal cleaning process.
Will Wizz King remove every stain?
No. There is not one product that removes all carpet stains. This product is part of a complete professional stain removal system. It is important to familiarise yourself with the different products and how each of them works for the best result.
