Yes, it's been formulated to be safe around pets and children when used as directed.

Is XO2 Floral Air Freshener septic safe?
Yes it is. Keep in mind air fresheners don't and shouldn't go down the drain anyway.

Where should you spray XO2 Floral Air Freshener?
Spray a fine mist toward the ceiling, away from people and exhaust fans. For a longer residual, spray directly on to the back of entry doors and soft furnishings like curtains. Some professional cleaners who work in hotels and luxury homes tell us they spray a small amount onto light bulbs when they are switched off. When the room is entered and the light is switched on, a residual fragrance is dispersed into the room.

Can XO2 Floral Air Freshener be used on carpets, curtains, fabrics and surfaces?
Yes, provided the textile or surface is washable. Proper ventilation and drying conditions are recommended. It's also not recommended to overwet fabrics and textiles because they can have backing material that releases colour or shadowing which can cause stains. Always test first.

Is XO2 Floral Air Freshener suitable for use in vehicles like cars, buses and trucks?
Yes, absolutely.

Will XO2 Floral Air Freshener remove tough odours or just mask them?
You will be surprised at the bad odours it can remove, however, XO2 Floral Air Freshener is designed for everyday maintenance to freshen indoor spaces. The fact is, even pure water is classified as a chemical (H2O), so no-one can make chemical-free claims about any liquid, cream or powdered cleaning product. Some people when they say chemical-free actually mean free of hazardous chemicals and then it comes done to what their definition of hazardous is (then it gets complicated). How should I store XO2 Floral Air Freshener?
Store XO2 Floral Air Freshener in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets. 

How do I open 'The Good Box'?
(Do not use any sharp objects to open)
1. Lay the box on its side with the perforated/dotted opening facing up.
2. Pop out the little round bit from the dotted flap and then lift along the perforated lines.
3. Locate the tap, then gently pull it through the dotted flap and slide into the hole.
4. Push the flap down behind the tap's neck to lock it in place.
5. Ready to pour? Stand the box up and press that tap.
